The CIRCUITRON Tortoise™ Slow Motion Switch Machine is a precision-engineered turnout motor designed to deliver smooth, prototypical point control across all model railway scales from Z to G. Built around a low-current, stall-motor design, it provides reliable, long-life operation without the need for cutoff contacts or complex mechanical linkages.
Its enclosed gear-drive mechanism ensures consistent pressure on switch blades, resulting in dependable electrical contact and realistic slow-motion turnout movement.

Compact Performance with the Smail™ Range
The CIRCUITRON SMAIL™ is a digitally controlled slow motion switch machine designed for DCC-equipped model railway layouts. Built around enhanced Switch-It™ stationary decoder technology from NCE Corporation, it provides smooth, reliable turnout control with full compatibility across NMRA and Digitrax DCC signal formats.
The SMAIL™ functions as a direct replacement for traditional stall-motor turnout machines and is fully compatible with a wide range of scales and layout voltages.
