Forthcoming releases are dispatched as they become available and will be shipped together wherever possible. If released at different times order items will be subject to additional separate shipping charges.
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment being taken (when all items ordered are in stock), however this is not a guarantee and at busy times can take longer.
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - Our standard shipping service. We aim to despatch within 24 hours, however can take longer at busy times.
Special Delivery - Same day despatch on complete orders placed before 1pm weekdays and 10am on Saturday.
DHL Courier - Same day despatch on complete orders placed before 1pm weekdays.
Parcel Force Courier - Same day despatch on complete orders placed before 1pm weekdays.

Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 day of dispatch including Saturdays. (This is not a guaranteed service and parcels can take longer to arrive.)

Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day Monday to Saturday. With full track and trace system, your parcel is delivered speedily and securely.

Next day delivery for much of the UK, Monday to Friday. Full track and trace system. Used for parcels over 1.8kg without packing or if you would like a speedy secure delivery of your parcel.

The cost for these postcodes is £12.00 and will be delivered within two to three working days.

- If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
- An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery.
- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
- if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
- if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
