Revell 14584 '73 Ford Mustang Model Kit

The 1973 Ford Mustang marked the final year of the first generation before the introduction of the Mustang II. It featured a mild restyling, including a larger urethane front bumper to meet new National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards, and the removal of the previous sport lamps, replaced by vertical turn signals. The Mach 1 model received updated decals and a revised deck lid stripe. Under the hood, engine options included the 302 Windsor V8 and the 351 Cleveland V8, with the 429 Cobra Jet V8 discontinued after 1971. The 1973 Mustang was the last to offer a convertible body style until 1983.
