Rapido Trains UK is proud to announce that we will be adding two additional variants to our upcoming OO Gauge 48’ ‘Evolution’ bogie coach range - the Non-Corridor First and Non-Corridor Full Brake.

Following our initial announcement of the OO Gauge 48’ ‘Evolution’ bogie coaches, it took no time at all for us to be inundated with requests from the public for further tooling versions, and of those, 2 types came up time and time again. An All-First and Full Brake type.

Listening to your requests, we set our clever bunch of designers to work. We wanted to see what they could come up with, and we are pleased to say they have pulled out all the stops, meaning we can announce a Non-Corridor First and Full Brake ‘Evolution’ bogie coach version, these additional coach variants will mostly echo the tooling choices, liveries, roof styles, and detailing choices we have made for each of the previously announced Batch 1 versions.

With Non-Corridor First and Full Brake coaches now available to order, you have more freedom to create the perfect era-appropriate express, cross-regional, or cross-country train of any length.

All Evolution coaches, including the Non-Corridor First and Full Brake, will include fitted internal working lighting controlled by our magnetic magic wand, making it much easier to see these lovely details.

Finally, each coach is fitted with NEM pockets and has optional close coupling bars (modelled on vacuum pipes) included.
