The American motor manufacturer General Motors made the Chevrolet Corvair Coupé over two distinct eras during the 1960s. Our Oxford 1:87 scale replica, the two-door version, belongs to the first phase between 1960 and 1964. Classed as a compact car, the Corvair has remained the only mass produced American car to feature a rear mounted air cooled flat six engine.
Here it makes an entrance in Black with white, silver and black tyres and a bright red steering wheel. The exterior trim is chrome and the colourful Corvair badge sits above the rear number plate, Our Corvair is registered in California as ADG 882.
