Product Description
The metallic brown bodywork on this Buick Special Convertible Coupe is complemented with pale cream folded down hood, detailed brown interior and a tan dashboard. The spare wheel housed on the side of the bonnet, is also painted in the main body colour. Chrome exterior finish includes the tall radiator grille, window surrounds, bumpers and wheel hubs. The whitewall tyres have a cream rim in the same shade as the hood. Registered 2V27.73, our coupé hails from New York.
The real car, seating 4-5 people, was launched in 1936 and sported a 3.8L engine and 3-speed manual gearbox. An interesting detail is the positioning of the number plate, especially on the back, where it is housed on a protruding bracket. Perhaps not practical in today’s world of motoring!
