Hornby are pleased to present a new entrant for the TT:120 Mk1 range: the ubiquitous Tourist Second Open.
1000’s of TSO’s were constructed in the 1950’s and 60’s, making them one of the most common vehicles spotted on the network behind all manner of steam, diesel and electric locomotives.
Our newly tooled variant will accurately capture the distinct profile of the TSO, and fit seamlessly in your existing rake of Mk1 coaches. TT4097 depicts No.E5067 in BR Blue & Grey.

History:
From 1987, changed the title of these vehicles to Tourist Standard Open when Second Class became Standard Class across the BR network. Seating is arranged in a 2+2 either side of a central aisle.
As coaches were repainted into the corporate BR colour scheme, it was common for trains to be formed of mixed blue/grey and maroon stock.
