It's exciting times at Rails and we have several vacancies currently available to join our team.
Current Vacancies:
Packing Department
You will work in our busy fast paced packing department. You will be required to pack parcels for customers ensuring that the parcels have the correct items and are packed well for transit. Attention to detail is essential for this role. You will be required to work to deadlines and set parcel targets. Packing experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Mail order sales administrator
You will work in a busy fast paced environment, your responsibilities will
include liaising with customers by phone and email, processing orders
offering help and advice and after sales care. A high level of customer
service is essential for this role. A good phone manner and excellent
typing skills are also required.
Product lister/photographer
You will be required to list products for sale primarily on our eBay site
and could be required to create or update products on our website.
Duties will include taking photographs of products and creating accurate
detailed content to describe the listings. Attention to detail and the
ability to work to deadlines is essential for this position.
