NEW DHL Delivery Option Launched
DHL are helping us to excel with our new Courier services!
We are able to offer same day despatch AND next day delivery with this service for any orders placed before 1pm on weekdays.

IMPROVED Royal Mail Services Available
To speed up your Royal Mail deliveries, we have now replaced the Tracked 48 Service with Tracked 24!
There is no change to the cost of this postage option but your items will arrive more quickly than before.

NEW Sustainable Packaging
We have also recently taken steps towards improving our environmental responsibility and sustainability.
As you may have noticed from recent orders, we are now using fully recyclable materials including 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, paper packing tape and sustainable bubble wrap too.
Other Environmental Initiatives
Our main warehouse has been designed to reduce as much environmental impact as possible!
This includes the use of solar panels on the roof as well as an advanced underfloor heating system which is far more energy efficient than traditional heating methods.
NEW Rails Model Money Trade-In Service
We recently launched our NEW Rails Model Money self-service trade in system. This secondary website at modelrailways.co.uk enables you to quickly build a list of items to trade in using our comprehensive database of 100s of thousands of items and then submit it to our team for a cash or credit offer.
UPDATED Hattons Directory
If you missed browsing the Hattons Directory and shopping at hattons.co.uk, don't worry! The Hattons Directory remains live and you can now find links on product pages to purchase items via Rails if we have them in stock.
