Following the sad announcement of Hattons notice of closure. We would like to reassure all customers who have contacted us to transfer pre-orders that we are working through all emails as quickly as we can, and we will get back to everyone personally. Due to the large number of requests, it may take us a little while but please be assured we will aim to contact you as quickly as possible.
Items can be pre-ordered immediately on our site with hundreds of items available from all major brands.

Pre-Ordering is a simple process at Rails. When pre-ordering with Rails no payment is taken until the product/s are in stock and ready to be despatched (with the exception of deposits on Rails exclusive products). Once the order is placed the stock allocation is reserved for you. By creating a Rails account you can view existing pre-orders at any point.
