Hornby have just announced some new announcements following on from the previous January 2026 range Following on from the recently released Sound & Smoke 'Channel Packet' Merchant Navy, Hornby have today added to that with the SR Class 'Cunard White Star' Line 21C4.
A new Railroad Class 66 has been revealed with GBRf HMS Argyll 66775 to released either DCC ready or TXS fitted!

The loco was named in honour of the eponymous Type 23 Frigate in 2017, after GBRf staff members took part in a training exercise on board the ship, and a close friendship between the freight company and navy personnel formed. The more obvious Scottish theme for this announcement comes in the form of this ScotRail Class 43 HST Train Pack, including No.43128 & No.43135, which commemorates the last remaining HST fleet in passenger service.
Available as either a DCC ready or sound-fitted version, the pack includes a power car and a dummy car and provides the ideal starting point for a rake of Mk3 coaches.
