🤩 Hornby Announce New TT:120 Scale Releases

Great news for all you TT:120 Scale fans today! 

Hornby have just announced a variety of new releases for the range including a selection of steam locomotives, diesel locomotives and wagons applicable to various eras and regions - with something available for most modellers!

Two new editions of the  popular BR Class 50 diesel locomotive  are to be produced including  50016 'Barham' in BR blue  as well as  50035 'Ark Royal' in Network SouthEast  livery. We expect both of these new variants to arrive during  November 2025.

Hornby  have also announced a new edition of the  LNER Class A4 4-6-2 steam locomotive  - this time covering the iconic  'Sir Nigel Gresley'  in the ever-popular  LNER garter blue  colour scheme. This is expected to arrive during  January 2026 .

Building on the success of the HAA hopper wagons, Hornby are now offering the  CDA china clay wagon  variants of the MGR wagon family. Single and triple packs are to be produced in  ECC International blue  livery - with release expected during  January   2026 .

Hornby  have also announced a range of  MHA 'Coalfish' Open Wagons!  Presented in  EWS maroon  livery, these are also available as single or triple wagon packs. We expect these to arrive in stock during  January 2026 .

Moving back in time slightly,  Hornby  have also announced some  new BR 21 ton mineral open wagons!  Both presented in the classic  BR   bauxite  livery - you can bring these home in single packs or triples. These are also expected to arrive in  January   2026 .

Moving back even further in history, we have these  new private owner 7-plank open goods wagons!  Two new single wagons are to be produced as well as a colourful triple pack too. Expected in stock  January   2026 .

Last but not least,  Hornby  have also announced some new  BR 4-wheel vent vans  too - available as singles or triple packs in  BR bauxite with Cadbury branding  or  Standard BR bauxite . Expected  November   2025 .
