Back In June Accurascale And Rails of Sheffield ‘Sett’ To It By Releasing Class 89 ‘Badger’ OO Locomotive Into The Wild.

The response for this new exciting range has been massive so far and we thank everyone for pre orders placed!

Great news! The tooling for our Class 89 exclusive model produced by Accurascale is now complete. Test injection of plastic is now taking place to ensure everything is as it should be and very soon we will have a first sample (EP1) in hand to evaluate, and then of course, show you all!

As you can see, the distinctive body profile is apparent in these images, showing that the definitive model of this wonderful, unique locomotive is not too far away.

We are working with Accurascale at pushing hard to get a sample in time for the Great Electric Train Show next month at Milton Keynes. However, if we do not make it in time, we should have it soon after and we will publish photographs for all to see and it will certainly be available to view at the Warley show in November.

Overall, we are on course to meet our delivery date of Q3 2023.
