🔁 How do I return an item?
Visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout. Loop will guide you step-by-step.
📦 What items can I return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/digital products
- Custom/special orders
- Perishables
💰 Will I get a full refund?
Yes, if your return is eligible and returned within 30 days, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
Note: If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we’ll refund the item and return shipping.
🔄 Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Yes! Loop allows you to:
- Exchange for a different size or variant
- Swap for another item
- Choose a refund instead
🚚 Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We offer discounted return labels through Loop. The cost (if applicable) is deducted from your refund. You may also use your own shipping method.
⏳ How long does it take to get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
⚠️ What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
We're sorry! Please report issues via the Returns Portal and upload photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
📅 Is there a time limit for returns?
Yes – returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

If using a Loop return label, you’ll receive tracking info once the item is shipped back to us.
