This sound pack is suitable for Cavalex Class 60 locomotives with the original lighting configuration - this covers all locomotives with the exception of some DCR / Cappagh liveried locomotives.

The DCC Sound upgrade kit will allow any customers that missed out on DCC sound fitted versions to turn their DCC Ready models into Sound fitted models and enjoy the full functionality of the Cavalex Class 60.

This will be packaged up in ESU packaging, the Cavalex/ESU Sound upgrade kit will include the following:

  • LokSound 5 DCC Decoder. 21MTC interface.
  • ESU Passive Radiator speaker, 24mmx55mm size, 4 Ohm version.
  • The correct wire harness with 2 pin pitch 1.25mm plug.
