KR Models - Information for Affected Customers
We wanted to update you regarding the status of your KR Models preorder.
There has been much speculation online about the status of KR Models and there has now been official confirmation that KR have ceased trading and no future models will be produced under their brand.
This means that we have had to cancel your pre-order(s) for any forthcoming KR Models items. We have not taken payment for these items and there is no action required from your end - your order will be cancelled automatically at our end.
We apologise on behalf of KR Models for the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause but the situation was unavoidable.

What will happen to my pre-order?
Your preorder will be cancelled automatically, there is no action required from your end.
Does this affect in-stock KR Models items?
No, we still have availability of many KR Models releases. As the company has now ceased trading, these items are in limited supply so it’s your last chance to obtain any items before they’re gone forever.
Could the future KR Models items re-release in the future?
At present, no formal announcements have been made regarding the future ownership of KR Models projects, tooling, or brands. Should any projects be acquired and revived by another manufacturer - and we are able to stock them here at Rails, we will share updates through our website, email newsletters, and social media channels.
What if I need to return my model?
Warranty claims via KR Models are no longer possible as they have ceased trading. If you need to return your model to us, you can do so via our Returns Portal - covered by our standard 30 day ‘right to return’ and 12 month warranty if the model is faulty.
Are spare parts available?
We do not hold spare parts for KR Models and these are no longer available due to them ceasing trading. It may be possible to source spares from a third party specialist.
I placed my order directly with KR Models, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with orders placed directly with KR Models. Customers who ordered directly should contact their payment provider to discuss any available chargeback or purchase protection options.
