PACKING & DISPATCH TEAM MEMBER
Do you take pride in getting things right, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail?
We're looking for a Packing & Dispatch Team Member to join our busy warehouse team at Rails of Sheffield. This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, safely and efficiently before being dispatched across the UK and around the world.
📍 Callywhite Lane, Dronfield
🕒 Full Time – 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
📅 Immediate Start Available
What you'll be doing:
📦 Accurately packing customer orders to a high standard
🏷️ Preparing and labelling parcels for UK and international delivery
🚚 Organising parcels for dispatch and courier collection
✅ Carrying out quality checks to ensure order accuracy
📱 Using warehouse systems and scanners to process orders
📋 Applying customs and shipping documentation where required
🤝 Working closely with warehouse, purchasing and customer service teams
🧹 Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
We're looking for someone who:

Previous warehouse, packing or dispatch experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers. Full training will be provided.

Product Administrator Team Member
Do you enjoy working with data, keeping things accurate, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly?
We’re looking for a Product Administrator Team Member to join our Product Admin team at Rails of Sheffield. This is a key role ensuring our website and internal systems are accurate, up to date, and optimised so customers can always find the right products at the right time.

What you'll be doing:
📊 Creating, updating and maintaining product listings across systems (Shopify, Peoplevox, pre-orders)
📝 Ensuring product data is accurate, consistent and complete (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, images)
🚚 Managing stock updates, pre-orders, and product availability
🔍 Carrying out daily checks to ensure website accuracy and product visibility
📦 Supporting delivery notes, stock registration and system updates
📈 Monitoring product performance and identifying improvement opportunities
🖥️ Maintaining logs, records and internal admin processes
📣 Supporting marketing activity where needed (mailshots, homepage updates, content support)
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with data
✅ Is organised and can manage multiple tasks at once
✅ Has good IT skills (spreadsheets and online systems)
✅ Communicates clearly and works well in a team
✅ Can stay focused in a fast-paced environment
✅ Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
✅ Has a proactive and reliable approach to work
📌 Experience in administration, data entry, e-commerce, or online listings is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
