Full-Time Shop Staff

Our full-time positions are based on:

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 rota
• Typically five 8-hour shifts
• Working days may fall between Monday and Sunday

Flexibility is important, as some weekend and bank holiday working may be required to support the business and special events.

Bank holidays worked will be paid at the normal rate of pay, with a TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) day provided.

Part-Time Shop Staff

Our part-time positions are based on:

• 24 hours per week
• 3 days out of 7 rota
• Typically three 8-hour shifts
• Working days may fall between Monday and Sunday

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while still being part of a friendly and hardworking team. Bank holidays worked will be paid at the normal rate of pay, with a TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) day provided.

Weekend Staff Opportunities

We are also recruiting dedicated weekend staff:

• 16 hours per weekend
• Saturday and Sunday working
• Flexibility required to support events and busy trading periods
• Bank holiday working may be required
• Paid at minimum wage
