This is the first TT wagon in a range of liveries exclusive to Rails of Sheffield, commemorating collieries and industries from within the Sheffield area. Each vehicle is a strictly limited edition of 100 pieces, so we highly recommend that you place your order immediately to ensure you don't miss out.
This first vehicle bears the livery of Nunnery Colliery, located in Darnall, Sheffield, which first opened in 1868. The colliery supplied coal to the city and further afield - it had its own fleet of locomotives as well as wagons, and produced coal regularly until the reserves were exhausted by the early 1950s.
