It's also not long left until the order book closes for Accurascale's newly announced batch of OO Gauge Class 66 diesel locomotives! At the show over the weekend we were pleased to showcase the decorated sample of our NEW & EXCLUSIVE model of 66747 'Made in Sheffield' in the eye-catching GBRf/ Newell & Wright colour scheme.

CAVALEX OO CLASS 47 DIESEL DECO SAMPLES
Cavalex Models have showcased these two early decorated samples of their newly tooled Class 47 diesel locomotive in OO Gauge! These two models depict 47460 in BR large logo blue with Highland Rail branding AND our EXCLUSIVE Railway Icons model D1500 in BR two tone green.
Please be aware these are early samples and subject to change. For instance the colours on D1500 are incorrect and will be amended. However these samples give you a great indication as to how detailed the final models will be.

SONIC OO LBSCR K CLASS 2-6-0 DECO SAMPLES
On our stand over the weekend we were pleased to give you a BIG update on our EXCLUSIVE range of Sonic Models LBSCR K Class 2-6-0 steam locomotives in OO Gauge! We have now received a duo of decorated samples for the range including SR malachite green and SR plain black variations. We've gotten these into our studio and you can see full images at our website now.

BACHMANN OO CR 439 CLASS EARLY SAMPLES
Bachmann kindly supplied us with two engineering samples of our upcoming EXCLUSIVE Caledonian Railway Class 439 0-4-4T steam locomotives in OO Gauge! There are a whopping 7 samples in total which goes to show just how many tooling variations and details there are on these models. Bachmann have taken these samples back to conduct their review and checks and we hope to share more details/ pictures with you soon.

SONIC OO NBR D34 'GLEN' 4-4-0 EARLY SAMPLE
Also revealed at our stand this weekend is the first engineering sample of our EXCLUSIVE Sonic Models OO Gauge NBR Class D34 "Glen" 4-4-0 steam locomotive! This sample showcases how incredibly detailed the final models will be - including the fantastic & intricate details below the boiler - the boiler being fully diecast too.

BACHMANN OO TURBOSTAR EARLY SAMPLES
Announced just before the show started on Friday evening is Bachmann's newly tooled range of Class 168/ 170/ 171 'Turbostar' diesel multiple units in OO Gauge! These well-travelled units have long been requested in OO and now they're finally coming back with this all new tooling. Bachmann showed us the new samples for these up close and they're shaping up to be something very special for modern era modellers.

ELLIS CLARK OO/O L&Y "PUG" EARLY SAMPLES
Over at the Ellis Clark Trains stand, they were keen to show us the latest samples of their upcoming newly tooled L&YR Class 21 "Pug" 0-4-0ST steam locomotives - available in both OO and O Gauge! The latter is expected to arrive first later this year with the OO models coming soon after - and both are shaping up to be absolute showstoppers!

HORNBY TT:120 CLASS 30/31 3D PRINT SAMPLE
Scaling down to TT:120 Scale, Hornby had an early 3D printed sample of their upcoming Class 30/ 31 diesel locomotive on display. While this is only a simple 3D print, it gives you an indication as to the overall shape and the levels of detail that will be present on the models.

HORNBY TT:120 SEACOW/ SEALION EARLY SAMPLES
Hornby have also showcased engineering samples of their newly tooled range of Seacow/ Sealion Bogie Hopper Wagons in TT:120 Scale! These are shaping up to be something very impressive in this scale - which is noticeable from the amount of separately fitted details applied to these early samples.
