Why Legacy Wired Joiners?
We would recommend soldering droppers to rails if you can - but if you’re nervous about soldering (or just don’t want to) then these joiners provide the best possible way of connecting droppers to your track. Quick and super-easy to use with zero soldering!

Other brands have chosen to use lightweight wire which isn't fully rated for 5 Amps and only have a short length, making it necessary to purchase extension kits and additional products. They also only have 4 pairs of joiners in the pack (8 joiners in total).

Legacy Wired Joiners also have a whole host of features not available anywhere else!
  • Heavier wire - rated for 5 Amps for DCC layouts (but also perfect for DC, of course)!
  • Longer wire - at 300mm, 100mm longer than equivalent products to give you more flexibility and an easier install!
  • More in the pack - 6 pairs of joiners (12 in total) in every pack, giving fantastic value for money!
  • Plated phosphor-bronze joiners - for improved conductivity!

The Legacy Models Flat bottom track has proven very popular since launch, Check out Jenny Kirk's recent superb video review of the track here:
