We currently have a vacancy in our mail order department
Mail order sales administrator
You will work in a busy fast paced environment, your responsibilities will
include liaising with customers by phone and email, processing orders
offering help and advice and after sales care. A high level of customer
service is essential for this role. A good phone manner and excellent
typing skills are also required.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Provide Excellent customer service and after sales care to all customers
- Help customers with product information
- Use Web admin site to place, process and administrate orders
- Make and answer telephone calls
- Manage email
Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail is essential
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Patience in pressured situations
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to be friendly and polite always, even when under pressure
