We currently have a vacancy in our mail order department
Mail order sales administrator

You will work in a busy fast paced environment, your responsibilities will
include liaising with customers by phone and email, processing orders
offering help and advice and after sales care. A high level of customer
service is essential for this role. A good phone manner and excellent
typing skills are also required.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent customer service and after sales care to all customers
  • Help customers with product information
  • Use Web admin site to place, process and administrate orders
  • Make and answer telephone calls
  • Manage email

Skills and Abilities

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Patience in pressured situations
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be friendly and polite always, even when under pressure
