Hornby have just announced their final range of new OO Gauge models for Autumn 2025, all due for release in the coming months! Place your pre-orders now.

This final announcement for 2025 incorporates a variety of different steam, diesel and electric locomotives - including some eye catching new liveries across various popular toolings. Some highlights include an additional version of the previously announced GWR 'Saint' Class locomotive, a Railroad+ model of the infamous 'Police' liveried Class 37 as well as a special Olympics 2012 themed Class 87.

No matter your budget, era or region we're sure to have something for your collection in this latest batch of announcements, so take a look below!

First off, Hornby have unveiled a new edition of the highly anticipated newly tooled GWR Saint Class 4-6-0 - depicting No.2920 'Saint David' in BR black with early emblem - offering a BR black liveried version for the first time in this new range. Due February 2026.

Next up, Hornby have announced a new edition of their well received newly tooled LNER Class J52 0-6-0ST. This new BR black version follows on from the first batch of three models that released this year to high acclaim! Due January 2026.

Hornby have also announced a new edition of the popular LSWR Class M7 0-4-4T steam locomotive - presented here in this lovely SR lined olive green livery, depicting No. 318. Due February 2026.

Next up, Hornby have announced a duo of new LMS Patriot Class 4-6-0 steam locomotives - available in both LMS lined black and BR lined green with early emblem. The latter model features smoke deflectors. Due January/ February 2026.

An interesting new addition to the range of Class 87 electric locomotives is also due in this new range - depicting this ex-Network SouthEast liveried 87012 "The Olympian" / "Host City London 2012", which was painted specially for the Olympic Games in London for 2012. Due January 2026.

A new edition of the popular Class 153 single car diesel multiple unit is also set to enter the range in this classic Northern Rail livery. Due December 2025.

You can also get your hands on a new version of the popular Class 67 diesel locomotive, this time presented in DB Cargo UK red with 'Leading the next generation of rail freight' branding. Due January 2026.

Finally in the main range, Hornby have announced this eye catching new edition of the diminutive Ruston 88DS diesel shunting locomotive in this British Gas blue and white livery. Due December 2025.

Moving over to the Railroad Plus range, we have a selection of new Class 37 diesel locomotives to share with you! Choose from modern era Loram Rail Operations or Direct Rail Services liveried locomotives - or take home the infamous 'Police' liveried Class 37 featured in the classic 1984 British Rail television advert, which shows the locomotive chasing down a speeding HST! Available with or without TXS Sound. Due January 2026.

Also releasing in the Railroad Plus range is this new edition of the Class 31 diesel locomotive presented in this 'celebrity' condition! No. 31271 "Stratford 1840-2001" is now available in this 'depot special' version of Railfreight Construction sector triple grey. Available with or without TXS Sound. Due January 2026.

Last but not least, we also have this new edition of the Railroad Plus Class 47 diesel locomotive available to pre-order depicting No. 47306 'The Sapper' in Railfreight Distribution livery. Available with or without TXS Sound. Due January 2026.
