Today is the day! Hornby's 2026 range has now been revealed - including hundreds of new products across the OO Gauge Railways Range.  There's plenty to discover including new toolings and new runs of previous popular releases. 

The entire selection is available to pre-order right now! 

That's not all though, stay tuned today for news of additions to the Scalextric, Corgi and Airfix ranges too! What's more - there will be  more Hornby announcements as the year goes on including a separate launch for the TT:120 Scale range!

Here's just a few of the most exciting new announcements from the catalogue, including some newly tooled locomotives and rolling stock in OO Gauge!

Hornby have answered the call for a newly tooled 'Rebuilt Heavy Pacific'  with this all-new version of the popular SR "Merchant Navy Class" 4-6-2 in OO Gauge!  This marks the first new tooling of this class in 25 years - and the first edition will recreate the popular preserved Railtour locomotive as used on the Belmond Pullman 'Clan Line'.

Following on from the all-new Railroad Class 800 IET last year, Hornby have chosen the iconic Class 60 diesel locomotive as their next NEWLY TOOLED Railroad release - designed from the ground up as a robust model with fun features! Three variations planned for the first batch including Railfreight Triple Grey, EWS and DB Cargo liveries.

Next up, Hornby have announced new versions of their popular LNER Articulated Coaches in OO Gauge, this time depicting those that worked the "West Riding Limited" sets - which are perfect to pair with your favourite Class A4 locomotive! 

These sets did not run with an observation saloon, however Hornby have satisfied demand for this model by re-releasing it as well as a single coach. This new edition depicts the sole survivor 'Beaver Tail' car as on display at the Margate One:One Collection.

Hornby have also announced new versions of their popular Class 91 electric locomotive and matching Mark 4 coaches and Driving Van Trailer in OO Gauge - in this special LNER heritage Intercity Swallow colour scheme! Back once again for 2026 is the ever-popular Liverpool & Manchester Railway "Stephenson's Rocket" 0-2-2 steam locomotive in OO Gauge! For the first time ever this pioneering locomotive will be available as single release for those looking to expand their collection of Era 1 locomotives and rolling stock.

Two brand new 2025 liveries seen on the iconic Class 37s are coming to the Hornby OO Gauge Railroad range for 2026 - including the unusual HNRC/ Swietelsky blue/orange colour scheme  as well as the Rail Operations Group heritage 'Teesside Steelmaster' loco.
