One of the headline additions to our expanded Rapido End of Line Sale is the impressive N Gauge LNER Dynamometer Car range — and with Rapido now sold out, our remaining models represent a final opportunity to secure these distinctive vehicles.
This was the first time the famous Dynamometer Car had ever been produced ready-to-run in N Gauge, with Rapido packing in an impressive amount of detail including a fully modelled interior and testing equipment, the distinctive recording wheel underneath, working interior lighting, metal wheels and close-coupling NEM pockets.
With these models now end of line and unavailable from Rapido, once our remaining stock disappears there may not be another chance — so if the Dynamometer Car has been on your list, now’s the time to grab one for less.

Also newly added to our Rapido End of Line Sale are the charming OO Gauge Port of Par Bagnall ‘Twins’, recreating the famous industrial locomotives ‘Alfred’ and ‘Judy’.
At this stage we only have the premium twin packs remaining, including the lined dark green and as-preserved lined light green versions, with DCC Sound options also available. These special packs bring both locomotives together and include presentation extras such as an illustrated history booklet and exclusive postcard print.

LBSCR CLASS E1s NEW REDUCTIONS! SAVING 24% OFF THE RRP
Another major addition to our expanded Rapido End of Line Sale is the OO Gauge LBSCR Stroudley E1 0-6-0T range, with a varied selection of these characterful tank engines still available from Rails.
Rapido’s E1s cover a wide spread of appearances, from LBSCR Improved Engine Green and Marsh Umber through Southern black, BR black and even industrial liveries such as Hartley Main Colliery. The models also feature plenty of version-specific detail, including different boilers, chimneys, smokebox doors, coal rails and condensing equipment depending on the prototype represented.
The E1s were capable little freight locomotives that worked across the LBSCR system, later reaching places including the Isle of Wight and Southampton Docks, with members of the class surviving into the early 1960s. Rapido’s models feature Next18 DCC provision, sprung buffers, NEM coupling pockets, factory-fitted speakers and a smooth-running mechanism.
With Rapido now sold out of these models, our remaining stock really is end of line. If there’s a particular E1 livery you’ve been waiting for, this is a great chance to pick one up for less before the final examples disappear.
