Fast & free delivery , good discounted price. Was a bit disapointed as this was my first purchase as a loose screw and washer from the spring of the front bogie was adrift in the box. luckily I managed to refit. Could due with better pre-delivery inspection as this did not come adrift in transit.

I sold a loco ahead of a house move last year and regretted it. Rails offered replacement at a great price and I combined the order with a wagon I’d wanted but forgot to order last time. So helpful. I always bought and sold through Hattons in my home town. Went there with my Dad in the 60s. A shock when they ceased trading. But glad they passed part of the business on to Rails. They work very hard and are very good to deal with...and some good deals. Heartily recommend them.

I have just received 3 old boxed Wrenn locos from RAILS. Each was listed as being in very good condition, I would say however that all of them are in absolutely MINT condition so very well done RAILS and a nod to you as well about the brilliant very safe packaging and incredibly fast delivery UK to NZ ! :-) :-)

Pretty good. But I placed a second order which hasn't been fulfilled yet (about a week ago) I think some ordered items may not have been in stock even though they are shown as such. Happened before and it's very annoying.

I am a relative novice on DCC and in looking for a new locomotive and carriages I had a lot of questions which were answered promptly and effectively by email. Not often you get such an engaging and informative email engagement.

Sold my items to them for their pre owned display and I would say the whole process is very smooth and effective. I sent an application in for the sale of my items and got a response back the same day with a price and how to get the product to them. They inspected my item and swiftly made payment to me the same day. I cannot fault my experience with Rails of Sheffield they were great at communicating on emails and once my item arrived they explained it would be going for inspection/ testing and when to expect payment.

Delivery was quick and the packaging was excellent. I was very happy with the pricing and found it fair. I don’t have many trusted sources for my model railway company but Rails of Sheffield is now one of them. Good job guys 😄
