Announced as part of our Autumn 2020 British Railway Announcements, we are delighted to bring you these N scale Roadside Rescue Phone Boxes. 

Once the ‘lighthouses’ of the road, these striking boxes were an invaluable aid to the motorist, being a place for directions and breakdown assistance during a trip around the country. First introduced in the early 20th century, they were a common sight on British highways until the late 1980s. 

We have modelled the RAC’s ‘Hudlass Box’ with its charming blue and white design and the AA’s ‘Sentry Box’ with its striking black and yellow colour scheme – both are sure to add a vintage touch to any layout. 

These models have been hand decorated for true authenticity making them a great little addition to any N scale Layout!
