Due soon from Heljan is the forthcoming range of OO Gauge Class 25 models.
Ten versions will be available in a range of classic BR green and BR blue liveries covering the 1965-87 period, as well as celebrity survivor 25912/D7672 Tamworth Castle.
Not satisfied with that, Heljan also offer the first ready-to-haul models of the popular ETHELs - redundant ’25s’ converted into mobile electric train heating units by the Scottish Region in the mid-1980s.
The ETHELs will be offered in blue/grey (code 2540), as shown below, and InterCity livery (code 2541) and although unmotored, they will retain pickups, lighting and a DCC interface to allow easy installation of sound.
