UPDATE 08/04/2020: Our mailorder and online services remain open. Our phone will be manned between 11am and 3pm Monday-Friday.
Following Government guidelines, as of 23/03/20 our physical shop will be temporarily closed.
The current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is no doubt causing a great deal of concern and affecting the daily lives of all of us.
The safety of our customers and staff is of huge importance.
Currently the opening hours for our order lines will be 11am to 3pm Monday-Friday.
We are closely monitoring government guidelines and have increased cleaning and hygiene awareness throughout the workplace to help protect our staff and customers.
We are in regular phone contact with all manufacturers and although some are working from home with skeleton staff in their warehouses, deliveries including new stock and restocks are still arriving daily.
LATEST FROM PECO 24/03/20:
From today PECO have closed for the next three weeks. We currently have a good amount of PECO stock available, should items go out of stock these can still be ordered and we will fulfil once PECO reopens.
LATEST FROM DAPOL 24/03/20:
From today Dapol have made the tough decision to temporarily close. The plan to be back open in three weeks time. We currently have a large amount of Dapol stock available, so no current issues, however should items go out of stock these can still be ordered and we will fulfil once Dapol reopens.
Our delivery partners Royal Mail and Parcel Force are both maintaining services as normal meaning parcels continue to be despatched daily. Please be aware delivery times maybe slightly longer than usual.
Royal mail have issued the following statement regarding their deliveries:
In order to protect people as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all deliveries that require a signature.
Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where we need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through a letterbox, we will place the item on the doorstep. Having knocked on the door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while customers retrieve the item. This will ensure all items are delivered securely rather than being left outside.
If customers are unable to come to the door, we will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways they can arrange to get their item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from our local Customer Service Point. In this situation, and to keep your mail as secure as possible, they will need to bring along the card we left, and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.
LATEST FROM ROYAL MAIL 19/03/20: Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

As a result, we will not consider a claim for delay for items posted using the Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service from that date. In addition we will not during this period offer our Consequential Loss service and we will not accept any related claims.
